Registration for The Duke of Ed

To register your interest to do your Duke of Ed with your Coordinator, simply fill out this form and press submit.

If under 18, you will need consent from your parent or guardian.

The minimum age requirements for starting an Award are: Bronze - 14 years, Silver - 15 years, Gold - 16 years

After submitting the form:

Your application is sent to the Coordinator and is assessed for acceptance to begin the Award.
When the Coordinator has accepted your application, you'll receive an email to notify you and provide your login details for the Online Record Book
